Johnny has been painting for years and has mastered the art of mixing colors. He also makes drawing in perspective look easy. Johnny draws inspiration from places he’s been, whether familiar local sites or locations he’s visited on vacation. He also paints restaurants and stores he likes and frequents. In addition, Johnny’s repertoire includes animals, cartoon characters and landscapes, especially beach scenes. Johnny has shown widely in Rhode Island, including at the DeBlois Gallery and Downtown Designs in Newport and at the Atrium Gallery and the Cove Pop-Up in Providence, among other places.
