Mark is a man with many interests. He enjoys all things pop culture - especially music and movies. He is a big fan of jazz and musicals, in particular. Accordingly, his paintings often feature his favorite musicians such as Duke Ellington, Fats Waller and Bobby ‘Boris’ Pickett. With his free-spirited brush strokes and lively compositions, Mark captures the heart of jazz on canvas. He has shown his paintings widely in Rhode Island including at the Atrium Gallery in Providence, the Out of the Box Gallery in Jamestown and the DeBlois Gallery in Newport.
