This summer we welcome multimedia artist Nicole Crugnale to Downtown Designs! Crugnale's collection depicts playful yet refined designs inspired by Italian couture. Each piece evokes a sense of movement and elegance that is reminiscent of ballet and coastal living. Think Schiaparelli or Dior!

 

Encouraged by Crugnale's work, Downtown Designs's artists embellished T-shirts, tote bags, denim pants and jackets using cyanotype, printmaking, and embroidery techniques.
